My mom goes a little crazy during the holiday season—this year she cut out multiple winter-themed paper chains and draped them all around the house. After some prompting from her, I photographed a few of them. In an attempt to be a brat, I laid on the floor of my kitchen and took a photo of this creation, which was located on my kitchen ceiling.

Matt Wuerker ('79) wins Pulitzer Prize

The Pioneer Log would like to extend its utmost congratulations to Matt Wuerker (CAS ‘79), who recently won the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning for his work as a political cartoonist and illustrator for Politico. Here is one illustration he drew for The Pioneer Log in 1978, as well as an installation that drew stares and glares near Odell.
